We measure everything we do quantitatively and qualitatively and feedback via comprehensive buzz monitoring tools that crawl the social web for mentions around you or subjects that are of interest to you. We will need access to your web stats via Google Analytics, Woopra or whatever you’re using and will set them up if they don’t exist. Social media is infinitely measurable so if we are not getting the results we want, it’s easy to spot where, why and what to do about it.
Return on Investment (ROI)
At the beginning of your campaign we ask you what you think the KPIs should be and what ROI looks like to you. Return on investment can be dirty little words in Social Media Land. No one has it quiet figured out perfectly but in essence it’s this simple – If your social traffic goes up, there will be more ‘buzz’ around your brand/website/offering and your sales will grow. Just don’t expect instant gratification. It’s rare, ok… achievable, but rare (Unless you’re selling something so unique and everyone needs it yesterday)
